Privacy statement

Notaris.nl processes personal data to handle requests and show information. The legal bases are consent and/or contract performance (GDPR).

For the online request we store contact and session data according to retention rules in our data model (including 30 days for online request sessions without a lead, and lead anonymisation after the retention period).

You have rights of access, rectification and erasure where applicable. Contact the notary office you submitted a request to, or the KNB as platform operator.
